The annual Frankfurt Motor Show is one of the brightest automotive events of the year, when the public is presented with the best conceptual developments. This year was no exception. In Frankfurt, the famous car manufacturers showed what they had been using to puzzle and bewilder the audience over the previous few months.
1. Mercedes-Benz Future Bus
The automated Mercedes-Benz Future Bus has successfully passed the tests and could not have failed to appear at the motor show. There is every reason to believe that this public transportation, powered by an electric motor and capable of driving without a human driver, will appear on the roads of Europe in the coming years.

3. Mercedes-Benz Vision Tokyo
An electric car with an unusual design was developed specifically for city trips. One of the main features of the concept was more comfort in the salon. According to the designers, maximum simplicity will come to the foreground in the design of the body in the foreseeable future.
4. Honda Urban EV
An interesting project of an affordable urban electric Honda vehicle. The design of this tiny car is clearly reminiscent of its spiritual predecessor, which was run by an internal combustion engine. The company wants to launch a model based on this concept by 2019.
5. Smart Vision EQ
One of the smallest and at the same time the “smartest” cars presented at the Frankfurt show. An electric motor, excellent driving performance, information and entertainment center, which correcponds to the level of the most luxurious hypercar, and the owner recognition function. 6. Symbioz
This is a house rather than a car! In any case, it can be called a living room. The main idea of this concept consists in the belief that one will soon give instructions to a personal computerized driver instead of controlling the car directly. Today, this dream is tormenting the minds of millions of people.
7. Audi Aicon
Finally, the promising Audi Aicon model was once again showed at the motor show. The car surprises with the fact that it abandons the usual pedals and the steering wheel in favor of more “modern” control opportunities.
