During the planned Smart Life presentation, Huawei presented the MateView monitors, designed for both common tasks and for use in computer games.
The professional model MateView has a simple, minimalist design with a 28.2-inch screen and an ultra-slim frame around the perimeter (94% screen real estate). The resolution of the IPS-matrix is 3840×2560, the aspect ratio is 3:2. The maximum display brightness is 500 nits, and it supports HDR400 standard. DCI-P3 color space coverage is 98% and sRGB coverage is 100%. The monitor is equipped with 2 USB-C connectors, two USB-A, one HDMI 2.0, and one MiniDP, as well as a 3.5 mm headphone port. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 allow you to display images from smartphones directly on the MateView screen.
The MateView GT gaming monitor features a 34-inch 1500R curved screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The display resolution is 3440×1440, and the refresh rate is 165 Hz. Maximum brightness is 350 nits, DCI-P3 color space is 90%, and sRGB is 100%. The TÜV Rheinland Eye Care certificate points to reduced blue light emission. The MateView GT stand integrates a soundbar with two 5W full-range speakers.
