The Japanese Kawasaki corporation has unveiled the concept of the transforming three-wheel electric bike J at Tokyo Motor Show.
The motorcycle has two modes: riding at high speeds and a comfortable ride in the city. The first one is characterized by a low contour and drawing together the front wheels, which makes it more or less like the classic model of motorcycles or a light TRON motorcycle from movies, while the second mode is characterized by the front wheels drawn wide apart, and it looks like a chopper.
It is assumed that J will be powered by the nickel-metal hydride batteries, but no driving characteristics have been provided yet. According to the results of the exhibition, the interest of potential buyers to this model will be assessed. Then, taking into account the decision of the internal commission, its production can be given the green light.
