According to the Korean edition of ET News, the curvature at the bend point of the smartphone in the folded state will be 1.5R with a maximum gap of 3 mm. It is not specified how many bends the product and its AMOLED-screen will have. However, due to the complexity of the gadget, it will be released in limited editions, and it will cost at least $ 1500. The hardware component will be the top one.
At the same time, a well-known insider Ben Geskin posted a video on his Twitter page showing a modern interpretation of a flip phone from the Chinese manufacturer, BOE. The video shows a working prototype of the Android device with a flexible 5.99-inch display with a resolution of FHD + and a 2: 1 aspect ratio. There is no external auxiliary screen or external cameras. The smartphone in a folded state is similar to a powder compact.
