The American GoPro company is bringing to the market the next, ninth generation of the Pro Hero 9 Black action camera, which allows shooting in 5K resolution.
It is noted in the technical specifications presented on the manufacturer’s website that the new camera receives an additional color front IPS screen, and the main screen is increased by 16%.
The image sensor resolution was 23.6 megapixels. Videos can be shot in 5K resolution (30fps) in high detail even when scaling and capturing frames. Video recording is also supported in 4K (60 frames per second) and Full HD (at 240 fps).
The camera uses the Max Lens Mod, which provides high-quality Max HyperSmooth stabilization in conjunction with a 155-degree ultra-wide digital lens.
The battery life of the Pro Hero 9 Black has increased by 30% thanks to the use of a 1720 mAh battery. Water protection ensures operation when submerged to a depth of 10 meters. The camera will go on sale in October 2020 and will cost $449.
