Aiper, a five-year-old company specializing in pool cleaning, has announced the release of the Seagull Pro, a pool-cleaning robot with a quad-motor system that has been recognized as a CES 2023 Innovation Award Honoree. The robot uses its quad-motor system to move through pools, sucking in dirt, sand, leaves, hairs, and other debris as it goes.
The Seagull Pro is capable of cleaning in-ground and above-ground pools up to 3,200 square feet, and offers three cleaning modes: floor cleaning, wall cleaning, and auto, which cleans both the floor and walls. Aiper’s unique WavePath Navigation system guides the robot in a wave-like pattern to increase coverage compared to random movement. The Seagull Pro will be available for purchase in March for $900.
In addition to the Seagull Pro, Aiper is also introducing the Seagull Plus, a more budget-friendly option with a dual-motor system for cleaning pools up to 1,300 square feet. It has a runtime of approximately 110 minutes, with a recharge time of two and a half hours.
The Aiper Elite Pro, priced at $800, offers high-end features in a lightweight design, capable of cleaning walls and covering pools up to 1,300 square feet. It has a runtime of two hours and a recharge time of the same length. Finally, the Seagull SE, released in November, is a budget option for cleaning pools up to 850 square feet, with a runtime of 90 minutes and a recharge time of two and a half hours. It is priced at $300.
