Australian C Seed company, which specializes in the production of widescreen TVs, has introduced its biggest model. The new Seed 262 boasts a surprising 262-inch (6.1-meter) diagonal, an incredibly clear picture and a sky-rocketing price.
The 4K-matrix, which is based on LED technology, allows watching movies in an incredibly high quality. The viewing angle on the screen reaches 160 degrees, that is, the picture will not darken and distort, regardless of the room point from which you are looking at the screen. The surround sound is transmitted by built-in speakers, operating in the 7.1 or 9.1 format. External devices can be connected to the TV via HDMI, USB-3.0, RS232, RJ45, XLR and BNC connectors.
The screen is protected from dust by a reproduction on a textile basis – it automatically covers the device, when it is not used for its intended purpose.
Such an innovative product costs $550,000. Another $35,000 will be required to install it.
