Designer Kim Tae-Jin presented a conceptual design for the GPS-navigator, which will allow cyclists to follow the route and not be distracted by the device’s screen while riding.
Designer suggests projecting the direction of movement directly to the road surface, based on the laser pointer principle. The new device will “draw” an arrow on the pavement in front of the cyclist, pointing him in the right direction. In addition to the obvious convenience in terms of navigation, the gadget will allow other road users to notice the bike from afar. In this case, the navigator’s projector is set up in such a way that is doesn’t blind the oncoming flow.
